This part is an insulator, stabilizer shaft link (15mm) (1985-88 except f40, f41) (1989-90 with fe1), for Buick, Pontiac, Oldsmobile, and Cadillac cars. Please keep in mind that this insulator is discontinued for the U.S. market since June 1, 2012, and is discontinued for Canada market since February 28, 2009.
