This part is a module, transfer case shift control (for my 06-08 use 24236867, for my 09-10 use 24250771), for General Motors cars. It fits for General Motors vehicles which were sold in the U.S., Europe, and UK. It's a genuine General Motors part with an OEM part number 24249054. Please keep in mind that this module is interchangeable with 24250771 for the U.S. market since February 1, 2010.
